Roatan is the largest of eight islands that are collectively known as Las Islas de la Bahia. These islands, resting upon the Bonacca Ridge along the northern coast of Honduras, are famed for their hospitality and caribbean cuisine.
Max Reichle has now brought a taste of this cuisine into the heart of Hamburg, allowing the many speciality dishes to be sampled by Europeans. His restaurant is located in the area of Großneumarkt, and has become the gateway to caribbean cooking.
